Help ... If the video is not loading ...
It seems that the Google Chrome Browser works the best for now. Microsoft has admitted that there have been many complaints lately about video problems and other website items not working as designed. The official response is that your computer is not up to date. My opinion is that the newest security updates are blocking videos, popup login forms, and other items. MS recommends to update to the 2020 version of Edge which is based on the Chrome Browser. My advice is for now, Just get Google Chrome and leave your MS Edge or Internet Explorer alone if they are working ok for you on other websites.
